Check out our smokehouse. We smoke only fresh wild salmon. It's marinated in teriyaki brine for 24 hours, smoked for 6-8 hours, then vacuum sealed for freshness. We charge $2.50 per pound for fillet you bring to us to smoke. We also smoke tuna, cod, and halibut. Let us customize an order for your needs and we'll even ship it for you.
